Chicken Coops

Not all chicken coops are created equally! That goes without saying, I suppose. In this case, you now have the knowledge of how to find a truly superior chicken coop. Check out the Green Roof Chicken Coop if you have a free minute. They put all other chicken coops to shame. Well, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but please look below and let me know what you think.

Green Roof Chicken Coop

As you can see, the coop is designed to be modern in appearance yet very functional. The rood is a garden! How cool is that? I love the fact that you can pull a green pepper off the roof and a few eggs out of the nesting box and you’re on your way to an awesome omelet.

I came across the green roof chicken coop on the web and had to post it here. Please send me other chicken coops that you find out there. I am hoping to get a good assortment of chicken coop pictures so we can all pick apart the pros and cons of various ways to raise chicks and harvest fresh eggs!

Also, I thought I would mention that they have a product called a chicken coop kit that has all of the wood pre-cut you need to build your own coop. Pretty cool idea, but it’s obviously more expensive than cutting it yourself!
